Use cases: +Adult child managing elderly parent’s care from out of state +Ongoing oncology support +Chronic condition with multiple specialists +Hospice or rehab journey +Insurance management + appointment coordination Structure: +$1,500/month +Up to 15 hours of support per month (~3–4 hours/week) Includes: +Attending appointments remotely +Coordinating between providers +Recap and care summaries +Liaising with family decision-makers +Reviewing bills, results, and records
